Andrew, Harriet, Stephen, Matthew and Esther were sent by Hull Community Church to North West Africa in 2000 and are currently leading an international team working towards community transformation in urban shanty towns.

The ethos of the team is that of ‘incarnational Christianity’, whereby they identify as closely as possible with the people they are serving.
The Current projects they are involved with include:

• Feeding programmes for malnourished children
• Community development
• Literacy
• Community gardens
• Environmental cleanup
• School for poor children
• Community health training
• Streetkids programme

The church along with family, friends and the Ground Level Network support the work financially, and we visit the family and the work on a regular basis.
