Community
Since 1980, we have supported and cared for thousands of people from all walks of life. Over the years, our work has often led us to those who are hard-to-reach, struggling on the edge of society. Our faith inspires us to give people dignity, respect and worth, and through providing long-term support, we have helped many people to turn their lives around for the better.
Our new centre is home to all the projects that make up our partnership:
Crisis Pregnancy Centre
Eternal Benefits / RESPECT
Hull Lighthouse Project
Jelly Tots Toddler Group
Kingstown Friendship Club
ReRun / EB Furniture
Rhema Youth Works
Sports
Arts Projects
Youth Work
Summer Clubs
We have also established new work helping people into training and employment; supported projects overseas in Europe and Africa; organised sporting events and activities; set up art exhibitions in the café; and become more involved in Fairtrade.
